3. Shipping
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times are 7–21 business days depending on your location and the product. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
NorthFox is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or events outside our control.
4. Returns & Refunds
Please see our Returns Policy for full details. In summary: you have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in original condition.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
