1. About NorthFox

NorthFox ("we", "us", "our") is an online retail store. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We accept major credit and debit cards via Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Your card details never touch our servers.

An order confirmation email will be sent once payment is successfully processed. This email constitutes acceptance of your order.

3. Shipping

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times are 7–21 business days depending on your location and the product. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

NorthFox is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or events outside our control.

4. Returns & Refunds

Please see our Returns Policy for full details. In summary: you have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in original condition.

5. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. Minor variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen differences or manufacturing tolerances.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

30-Day Returns

We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Item must be unused and in its original condition
• Original packaging should be intact where possible
• Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date
• Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

How to Return

Email us at the address on your order confirmation with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with instructions. Do not ship items back without first contacting us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed.

Return Shipping

If the item arrived damaged, faulty, or is not as described, we'll cover return shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Australian Consumer Law

This returns policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are always entitled to a remedy for major failures.

What We Collect

When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information. Payment details are processed directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.

Third-Party Services

Stripe processes your payment. Their privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy. Shipping carriers receive your name and address to deliver your order.

We retain order records for 7 years as required by Australian tax law. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time (subject to legal retention requirements).

Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Our site uses HTTPS encryption for all data transmission.

Your Rights
